The first part of our Barista Training course is a 2.5 hour session covering the fundamental techniques of espresso and espresso-based drinks. Balancing theory with lots of hands-on practice, we'll guide you step-by-step to crafting the perfect cup—from grinding, dosing, and pulling the perfect shot, to steaming silky smooth milk, to finishing with a proper pour and showing you how to clean and maintain the espresso machine.
